Why?
Once programs have been set up the next step is to begin enrolling learners who will be completing the learning program.
How?
Learners can be enrolled into any active program by following the below steps.
Open desired program
Access the Class List
Press the “Add User” button
Provide the new user’s first and last name, as well as their email address which will be used to login. If the user already exists in Academy, Academy will find their existing user account (matching on email address) and will add the existing user account to the program Class List.
For users who don’t have an existing account, set up the new users profile
Adjust the new users role and status
Decide whether to send a welcome email
Add the new user
