Actions – Platform-Wide and Program Level

View all of your recommended actions for a program, or across the whole platform, in one place.

My Actions is an easy way for facilitators and coordinators to view their recommended actions in one place. You can view these actions at a platform or program level. 

 

Platform-Wide Actions 

To view your suggested actions across all programs, access My Actions Home in the collapsible panel on the left-hand side of your screen. 

This will show any recommended actions across all programs where your role is Facilitator or Coordinator

For each action in the inbox, the program and task/assessment title will be shown in the table. You can also filter actions by program. 

This section outlines the actions available from the platform-wide actions view. 

Please note, the following actions are only available to individuals with specific roles and permissions. Please contact your platform administrator if you wish to access these:

  • Applications
  • Pending Points Claims
  • Invoice Management

Applications – you can view and manage all applications for programs that are application-only. For more information on applications, access our help page. 

Diagnostics to Complete – this tab includes any diagnostic questionnaires where you are set as a reviewer, and the learner has completed their part of the workflow. 

Tasks to Review – this view shows all tasks that have been submitted for review, excluding those that are set as Complete on Submission, as these do not require marking. You can filter submissions by task or status. For information on marking tasks and assessments, visit our help article. 

Awaiting My Comment – this view shows all tasks that are awaiting your comment. This is populated via the Social Learning settings in the task setup, under ‘Class Discussion on Response’. 

Assessments to Review – this shows any marked assessments that have been submitted for review, including those resubmitted. For information on marking tasks and assessments, visit our help article. 

Pending Points Claims – if your organisation uses points, you can use this tab to view and manage pending points claims. For more information on points claims, click here. 

At Risk Learners – this view helps you identify possible issues with learner progress. Here, you can see which learners have not accessed the learning, or have not been active in some time. From here, you can ‘nudge’ learners, sending them an email reminder to revisit the platform. 

Invoice Management – here, you can view all invoices, including those pending, awaiting payment and overdue. You can find more information on Academy invoicing here. 

 

Program Actions 

To access the My Actions Inbox for a program, go into the program, then to the Facilitate view. The My Actions Inbox can be found on the bottom left.
