Individual Learner Enrolments

Learn how to enrol learners into your learning programs.

Why?

Once programs have been set up the next step is to begin enrolling learners who will be completing the learning program.

How?

Learners can be enrolled into any active program by following the below steps.

  1. Go to the Class List for the program that you want to enrol participants in.
  2. Choose the Add User button
  3. If the person you want to add already has an Academy account, you can search for them in the Enrol Existing Users tab. If they don't already have an account, switch to the Enrol New User tab.
  4. Add the new user’s first and last name, as well as their email address. Their email address will be their username.
  5. Complete the mandatory fields. These fields are determined by your platform's User Profile settings.
  6. Choose the new user's role and status. Note that new users should have the Pending status. New users are Pending until they have accepted their invitation to register and set a password. Once they have done this, their status will automatically change to Active. You can read more about platform user statuses here.
  7. Choose whether to send a welcome email. You should always send the welcome email to new users, as this email contains the link they need to register their account.
  8. Add the new user.
