Introduction
In March 2025, Guroo Learning will be releasing some changes to the Academy platform, including some changes to the Facilitator and Coordinator experience. These changes are designed to streamline the user experience for Facilitators and to help them focus on the activities and tasks which they need to action.
Program Coordinators should also be prepared for these changes, as most of the features available in the new Facilitator View are likely to be regularly used by Program Coordinators.
What is changing?
With the exception of Program Editing, the key tools and resources that a Program Coordinator requires will be moved so that they are ALL located in the Facilitator View. The Facilitator View can be accessed via the three buttons at the top of the screen:
The Facilitator View is the default view for all Facilitators and Coordinators.

Where can Coordinators access the program learning materials?
Program Coordinators can access the program learning materials if they need to, via:
- the Learner View button at the top of the screen
- the Edit button a the top of the screen, where all the program settings and content can be edited.
