What is the Task Feed and how does it work?
WHAT?
Learning programs in Academy comprise many different type of activities, some of which are tasks that are submitted. The Task Feed collates all submitted tasks into one feed, organised by date, so that it is quick and easy to see what participants have been working on.
These are Academy’s learning tasks:
HOW?
Enable the Task Feed via the Program Settings. If enabled, the Task Feed can be found in the left side menu.
Filters
Use the filters on the feed to filter through tasks that require your attention. The filters are:
-
All tasks
-
Today’s submissions - useful for keeping track of recent activity.
-
This week’s submissions - useful for keeping track of recent activity.
-
Most commented on submissions - useful for checking which submissions have attracted the most interest from the participants.
-
Tasks I have not commented on (filter available to facilitators and coordinators only) - useful for facilitators and coordinators providing feedback to participants.
-
Tasks no Facilitator has commented on (filter available to facilitators and coordinators only) - useful where there is more than one facilitator in the program and you’re dividing the reviewing/commenting workload between you.
