Updated Program Onboarding Experience:
We’ve updated the program onboarding experience by moving it from a dialog to its own dedicated page. This page will now appear before users are granted access to the program. After completing the onboarding, users will receive access to the program if it is open. If the program is not yet available, they will be directed to the Learning Homepage and can access the program once it becomes available.
We’ve also made the following UI updates:
- New left-hand navigation menu: This update provides a clearer view of the learner’s progress through the onboarding process, making it easier to track their steps.
- Welcome Video: The Welcome Video has been relocated to appear directly underneath the welcome text on the Welcome screen. This adjustment will occur automatically, so no action is required on your part.
- Session Calendar: The Session Calendar now displays each day as an accordion which simplifies navigation and helps manage the schedule more effectively.
These changes will be automatically applied, and no configuration changes are needed.
Limit Catalogue Listings to defined groups of users:
You can now leverage our existing user group functionality to restrict internal Catalogue Listings to specific user groups. This capability allows you to define groups based on a combination of attributes, such as User Profile, Program, and Location. This ensures users only see the programs most relevant to them.
Gradebook Enhancement: Score Visibility
We've enhanced the Gradebook to provide you with more detailed insights into learner performance.
- Enhanced Score Display: Graded Tasks, Digital Experiences, and SCORM 1.2 modules now display associated scores alongside the overall outcome in the Gradebook. This allows you to easily monitor learner progress and identify areas where additional support may be needed.
- Learner Self-Service: Learners can now view their scores and overall outcomes on the My Gradebook screen, helping them track their progress effectively.
Updates to Program Dashboard User Interface
We’re enhancing the dashboard experience at the program level. To streamline access to reports, we’ve introduced a new dashboard landing page.
- New Dashboard Landing Page: This page serves as the central hub for accessing program-level reports, including the Learning Progress Report and Digital Experience Report.
- Coming Soon: Additional reports, such as Diagnostic, Program Evaluation, Session, and Enrolment reports, will soon be accessible directly from this page. These reports already exist but are currently not available at the program reporting level.
