Custom Facilitator Display Order
You can now arrange facilitators in your programs according to your preference, ensuring they are promoted in the order you choose.
How to Customise:
-
Program Catalogue Listings: To customise the facilitator order on your Catalogue listings, go to the Self Enrolment tab in Programs Settings and drag and drop any enabled facilitators into your desired display order.
- Program Level: Define the order in which you want to display facilitators to learners within the program during the Program Onboarding setup on the Facilitator screen.
Program Resources Navigation Updates
We have updated the Program Resources screen:
- The existing filters to search resources by screen or section have now moved next to the search bar.
- Additionally, we have added a new left menu that allows you to view all resources in the program or quickly find one based on its type of asset.
- As part of these updates, we have decommissioned the ability to filter resources by a specific facilitator.
Discount Code Enhancements
- Overall usage limit: Define the number of times any user can use a discount code.
- User limit: Define the number of times an individual can use a particular discount code.
Custom Validation Rules for Text Input Fields
Customise the validation rules for text input fields in the user profile. For each field, we can define:
- Maximum Character Length: Set a maximum limit for the number of characters allowed in the field.
-
Allowed Character Types: Choose whether to allow:
- Alpha characters (including international)
- Numbers
- Special characters (all or a restricted set)
These rules will ensure greater control over the data entered into user profiles when people register on your platform and are passed through to your CRM or other systems.
Other New Features
Some other new and updated features to keep an eye out for:
Editable Enrolment Applications
Programs requiring learners to apply via an application form before enrolment can now be configured to allow applications to be edited after submission. This feature can be enabled to allow the Learner, Reviewer, or both parties to edit the answers to the application form after it has been submitted. A log of every change is kept to ensure security and data integrity, providing greater flexibility and accuracy in the application process.
Reason for Declining a Points Claim
Previously, comments could be left when deciding whether to approve or decline a badge points claim. However, until now, the reason for a claim being declined has not been visible in the user interface. Users with the appropriate role permissions can now view the reason a claim was declined by clicking on the declined tag in a learner's badge transcript. Note that learners cannot see the reason for the decline in their own user profiles. This transparency helps reviewers maintain clear communication and accountability.
Enforce SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) for Certain Email Domains
For our clients that use SAML Single Sign-On, you can now force users attempting to register or log in to the platform with specific email domains to use SSO. This ensures enhanced security and a streamlined login process for users associated with those domains.
