Making an Enquiry

Make an enquiry about the Academy platform or a learning program.

This help article shows learners and facilitators how to make an enquiry on Academy. For more information on managing enquiries, please visit this help article. 

Academy users can use the enquiries function to make an enquiry, such as asking for program information or technical support. The My Enquiries section of Academy allows you to create and manage your own enquiries, as well as viewing the status of your open enquiries. 

To make an enquiry, go to My Enquiries on your home screen. 

 

In this view, you'll be able to see all enquiries you have made previously, and their current status. You can also filter by status on the left-hand side. 

To create a new enquiry, click New Enquiry in the top right-hand corner. 

 

Next, you will be asked to select the type of enquiry. This ensures your enquiry gets to the right person or team. The enquiry types in your platform may look different to those shown below. 

 

Once you have selected the type of enquiry, you will be prompted to provide details. You can also include attachments relating to your enquiry. If you would like other individuals to be updated on the progress of the enquiry, you can include them as CC recipients, and they will receive all replies and updates. 

 

After you have filled in all the details, click Submit Enquiry to submit your enquiry and return to the My Enquiries tab. You will receive an email confirmation of your enquiry and email notifications with any updates.
