Introduction
In March 2025, Guroo Learning will be releasing some changes to the Academy platform, including some changes to the Facilitator experience. These changes are designed to streamline the user experience for Facilitators and to help them focus on the activities and tasks which they need to action.
What is changing?
The key tools and resources that a Facilitator requires will be moved so that they are ALL located in the left program menu.

Where can Facilitators access the program learning materials?
Other than the menu, the key change for Facilitators is that they will no longer be able to access the program learning materials from the left menu. However, they will still be able to access the program learning materials if they need to, via the ‘Learner View’ button at the top of the screen.
